Looking back on my First quarter ICT journey

 Looking back on my first quarter ICT journey, I learned and discovered numerous things that helped me broaden my understanding of the subject. During the preceding quarter, I learned about the timeline and history of the internet, the pioneers of the internet, web browsers, web servers, domain levels, search engines, and blogging. Those were the topics I learned about during the previous quarter. In all honesty, out of all the lessons we had, blogging was probably one of the most memorable lessons we had. It was pretty fun creating blogs to convey my thoughts and interests, but it was also a little difficult because blogging was a new experience for me and I wasn’t really sure how it worked. I believe that blogging is one of the most valuable lessons I’ve learned in ICT so far.

I learned many things along the way, but of course, there were certain obstacles and challenges that I had to face while learning. For example, procrastination, cramming, a lack of motivation to do anything, hesitating on what to write, and trouble memorizing certain topics such as the timeline of the internet and the pioneers of the internet. Most of the time, I get stuck and troubled with coming up with the right words to put in my blog because I worry that it will sound off, and let’s just say that I’m not that confident in my blogging abilities. But thankfully, other than the issues I just mentioned, I experienced no more problems.

Despite the obstacles I faced, I was able to come up with a few solutions to some of my problems and solve some of them. For example, taking notes to aid in my memory and review the content we have just covered, organizing my time effectively to avoid having to cram, maintaining my composure and attempt not to worry too much about the result, and inspiring myself to work harder so that I can go forward and face the challenges that lie ahead At last, I feel more driven to go forward, thanks to my friends' and classmates' support and encouragement.

Moving on, I intend to give it my all in the coming quarters. I'll be more diligent and work harder than in the previous quarter in order to overcome the upcoming challenges and gain more knowledge. I know that I'll be able to get through this with the help of my friends and classmates. That’s why I will continue to do my best in order to grow and, one day, achieve my goals.
