VIVA VIGAN, in this blog, I'll share the fun things I experienced during the celebration of the Vigan festival. There are so many things to share, but before that, let me give a bit of background information on the festival. So first of all, the festival is a week-long fiesta that's held on the third week of January each year. It's characterised by carnivals, parades, and the Longganisa Festival street dancing competition.
I went out with some friends to the carnival and rode a few rides like the frisbee, Vikinging, and Ang Swing. After those rides, we went out to eat at the food stalls outside. On January 22nd, I went out with a few friends of mine to watch the Longganisa Festival street dancing. The dancers caught everyone's gaze with their skillful moves and bright smiles. The atmosphere was really pleasant at that moment. We watched the street dance until it ended, even though there were so many people watching.
In conclusion, experiencing the Vigan festival was truly a memorable and enjoyable journey. From the thrilling carnival rides to the captivating Longganisa Festival street dancing, every moment was filled with joy and excitement. The lively atmosphere, delicious food, and the company of my friends made it an unforgettable celebration. As the festivities comes to an end, the memories created during this week-long fiesta will continue to be cherished, serving as a reminder of the rich cultural heritage and lively spirit of Vigan.
